Mailboto
Auto-Responders
Each Mailing List in the system has provision for an unlimited number of
Auto-Responders. For example, you could have a pre-authored set of messages (each one promoting a different product, or it may be a training course, or joke of the week) automatically delivered once a week for 52 weeks to a new Subscriber (or Imported Subscribers) when they subscribe to your Mailing List. This is an amazingly powerful feature if properly utilized and is almost always employed by the most successful Internet Marketers to promote their goods and services. The delay between each Message in the
Auto-Responder series can be defined in hours and days, and each or any of the Messages can have files attached.

Auto-Responder Imports
You
have the option of just importing your existing lists into an auto-responder
series or just into a database. This can be done by manually importing
one subscriber at a time, or by copying and pasting multiple subscribers
or by uploading a database file. Existing records can also be updated
using this. |

Birthday
Auto-Responder
Automatically sends a
single, special, pre-authored message on a Subscriber's birthday to
any Subscriber who has their Birth date entered in the Mailing List
database. Subscription Forms can be generated to request Birth dates. |
Auto-Responder
Linking
You
can create a chain of Auto-Responders by linking existing
Auto-Responders to each other. As Subscribers progress through one
AutoResponder Series’ they are either moved, or copied, (depending
on your selection) to the next Auto-Responder Series in your chain,
where they then progress through that series of Messages until they
reach the end of the Series. This process can be repeated
indefinitely.
